1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StatSnap ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including athletes, coaches, parents, and recruiters.

2. Description of Service

StatSnap is a youth sports analytics platform that allows athletes to track performance statistics, set goals, and connect with coaches and recruiters. We provide tools for data entry, visualization, benchmarking, and recruiting profile management.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. Users under the age of 13 are not permitted to create accounts without verifiable parental consent.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to StatSnap, including statistics, profile information, and media. By submitting content, you grant StatSnap a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and process that content solely to provide and improve the Service. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of data you enter.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

StatSnap offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) submit false or misleading performance data; (b) impersonate any person or entity; (c) harass, threaten, or harm other users; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (e) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; or (f) use automated systems to scrape or extract data without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

StatSnap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
